Shipping

  • Items over $250 ship Signature Required. If you do not want signature required, you must let us know before you purchase.
  • Customers outside the United States are responsible for all duties, taxes and import fees.

Returns

  • Returns for a refund must be received by Original Car Audio within 30 days of the original delivery or will not be accepted. Returns received after this period will be processed at our discretion.
  • All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. If you purchased the wrong item for your vehicle or simply do not need it, the restocking fee will not be waived. Please contact us before you buy if you are unsure.
  • Shipping and handling is non-refundable. If an item bought with free shipping is returned for a refund, $30 will be deducted from the refund to cover the shipping cost paid by Original Car Audio.

Repairs

  • Every repair receives a courtesy cleaning on the face, and we place our warranty stickers on the unit so it is not opened.
  • Repairs or returns left at our facility with no contact from the customer for more than 60 days are considered abandoned.
  • If a radio is un-repairable, the owner of the radio is responsible for return shipping.
  • If the owner replaces the radio and does not ask for the old one back, we recycle it free of charge.
