Warranty Info

Every part from Original Car Audio comes with a 90-day limited warranty, beginning on the day it is delivered to you. The warranty covers all functions as described in the original listing.

Making a warranty claim

If your item is defective within the warranty period, ship it back to us at your cost. Once it is received and tested, we will send you a good working replacement, and Original Car Audio covers the shipping on the replacement.

Returns sent for an exchange under the warranty must reach us within the warranty period (90 days unless otherwise stated).

What voids the warranty

  • The unit has been opened, tampered with, or had parts removed.
  • The warranty stickers have been broken, damaged or removed.
  • Electrical damage caused by improper installation or faulty wiring in your vehicle.

Items in any of these conditions will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Warranty stickers

All items sold through Original Car Audio carry branded warranty stickers on the body of the unit. If the stickers have been damaged or removed in any way, the warranty is void. See the examples below.
