Core Info

Many of our parts have a refundable core deposit. You pay a deposit when you buy the part, and we refund it in full 8–10 business days after we receive your old unit (the core).

How it works

  1. Buy the part you need to fix your vehicle. Please double-check the part numbers.
  2. Pay a temporary core deposit. Don't worry, you'll get this back.
  3. Send us your old part (the core) using the shipping label provided.
  4. Get your deposit back. Once we receive your core, we refund the full amount within 8–10 business days.

How long do I have to send back my core?

Cores must be returned within 90 days of purchase to receive full credit.

When will my deposit be refunded?

Once your core is delivered to our warehouse, the refund takes up to 8–10 business days to complete:

  • Up to 3 business days to check the return in.
  • Up to 3 business days to process the refund.
  • Up to 2 business days for your payment provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.) to complete the refund.

Which cores won't receive credit?

The rule of thumb: cores are fully refunded unless they are visibly broken or incomplete. Cores that are broken or missing parts will not receive credit.
