ISSUES WE CAN FIX: CD player read errors, disc changer load errors, illumination, and worn buttons. ISSUES WE CANNOT FIX: power issues, sound ouput, FM/AM reception, water damage Here is a link to our repair form, this form should be printed, filled-out, and included when you ship your unit to us: Some units are beyond repair. If this is the case we will call you to discuss a replacement. If your unit is non-repairable and you would like it shipped back to you, we only ask for a payment of $59 Diagnostic Fee plus return Shipping. |
